The registration process
- Create your user profile
If you have already partecipated in InBuyer or other Promos Italia digital events, log in with the credentials in your possession - Fill out the company profile
The company profile will be your online showcase: the more complete it is, the more the InBuyer365 team will be able to involve you in events of your interest. - Registration request sent!
The Inbuyer 365 team will analyze your profile shortly and you will receive an approval email to access the platform. - Explore the italian companies and their products
Now you can browse and save profiles of Italian companies.You have more than 950 Italian companies and 1500 products to discover!

Company profile
The company profile is divided into two parts:
- The first one regarding the main data, which must be filled in at the time of registration.
- The second part contains additional data. Even if not mandatory, they are important data, so we recommend that you also fill in this second part.
The company profile will be your online showcase: the more complete it is, the more the InBuyer365 team will be able to involve you in events of your interest.
You will be asked to fill out the profile in detail only the first time you sign up to InBuyer 365.
Once filled out and saved, you can use it for all other events hosted on the BMATCH platform.
You can update it with new information at any time.
Welcome to InBuyer365
Once you have entered your data, The InBuyer 365 team has approved your company. You have received the approval notification by email.
Now you can:
- Consult the profiles of Italian companies
- Consult the product sheets of italian companies
- Select the companies you are interested in
Search for italian companies
You can browse and save profiles of Italian companies.
You can make the search by selecting the macrosector of your interest and applying additional filters such as: product categories, specific product, subcategories, italian regions, italian provinces, and turnover.
You will be able to mark as "favorite" those companies that meet your needs and save them, also adding personalized notes.
You have more than 950 Italian companies to discover!
Search by product
You can also search by single product. The directory contains more than 1700 product sheets.
Select the macrosector of your interest and, if you want, refine your search by selecting the other available filters: product categories, specific products.
The system will show you the product sheets that match your selection.
Select the companies you are interested in
If you are interested in the company, you can save the profile in your favorites.
Under the company name, click on the link "Add to favorites list”. A pop up will appear: you can enter notes about the company or your interest. You can update your preferences at any time.
The InBuyer 365 team will review your preferences and contact you to inform you about upcoming InBuyer events, during which you may have the opportunity to meet the companies you have selected.
