Register on each single event of your interest by creating (only for the first time!) a personal profile. Please be aware: those will be your login credentials – don’t forget them!

2) Fill in and publish your company profile and company product sheets
Create a clear and complete profile to raise your visibility on the B2B Matching platform.
Your company profile should describe your company and your products in order to attract potential business partners and those profiles you want to meet. An attactive profile has an higher chance to generate meeting requests. You can also enrich your company profile by including product sheets to highlight some top products.
3) 7 days before the event starts
The B2B matching section on the page of the event you have registered for will be enabled and you will receive an email alert. You will be concurrently assigned time slots in your personal agenda to conduct online meetings (please check the Profile/Agenda section). Scroll through or filter the list of participants in the B2B Matching section on the event page to identify possible counterparts to meet in one-on-one meetings.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse the participants' profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet. You will receive an email and notification in the app for each appointment request accepted, declined, or received. You can view your appointment schedule from the Profile/Agenda section, and you'll be able to add confirmed appointments to your Outlook/Google calendar as well (note: if the appointment is cancelled, the calendar on platform will automatically update but you'll have to manually delete it from your private calendar).
5) Matchmaking event days
Access individual video calls from the Profile | Agenda section (where you will find the list of scheduled meetings) from the confirmed appointment box by clicking on the camera icon. Remember to authorize the camera, microphone, and be on time. The videocall will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
6) Rate the appointment
You will see a rating pop-up window appear at the end of the meeting. Don't forget to rate each videocall you make. At the end of the session you will receive an end-of-event questionnaire, which we kindly ask you to fill out. It will help us improve the service.
