Instructions & User Manual

Here you will find all the essential information to fully utilize the B2B matching platform. 


Just follow these simple instructions.

1) Register

Sign up for the event of your interest by creating a personal profile. Please note: these will be your login credentials – don’t forget them!

You will only need to create a profile the first time you access the platform!

2) Fill in and publish your company profile and company product sheets

Your company profile should describe your company and your products in order to attract potential business partners and those profiles you want to meet. An attractive profile has an higher chance to generate meeting requests. You can also enrich your company profile by including product sheets to highlight some top products.

Generate a clear and comprehensive profile to describe your company and its activities. You can enhance it by adding images, links to social networks, and your website to provide counterparts with all the necessary information. Additionally, complete product sheets to highlight the products you want to showcase.

💡 The more detailed the profile, the more interesting and attractive it is to potential business partners!

3) 7 days before the event starts

Seven days before the event starts, the business matching section will open, and you will receive an email alert.

Event time slots will be automatically assigned and visible in your Profile/Agenda. However, you can adjust your availability based on your preferences.

From the B2B Matching section you can:

  • search for counterparts 
  • review company profiles and product sheets
  • select the counterparts you want to meet, check their availability and request an appointment

💡 Ensure you don’t miss any appointment! Add confirmed appointments to your Outlook/Google calendar (note: if the appointment is cancelled, the platform calendar will update automatically, but you'll need to manually delete it from your private calendar).

4) Matchmaking event days


Access individual video calls from the Profile | Agenda section at the confirmed appointment slot by clicking on the camera icon.

Remember to authorise the camera, microphone, and be on time. The videocall will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

5) Rate the appointment

A rating pop-up window will appear at the end of the meeting. Remember to rate each videocall you participate in. At the conclusion of the session you will receive an end-of-event survey, which we kindly ask you to complete.
