Mariafeld clone Pinot Noir wine Grown in the mountains at an altitude between 500 and 600 meters above sea level. The must is left to ferment spontaneously on the skins for 15/20 days in a steel tank. Malolactic fermentation and stabilization follows. Aging continues in steel and wood until bottling.
