Take part in the Business Matching Programme in the Gulf Area countries - United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait - from November to December 2025. The initiative is primarily aimed at companies operating in sectors compatible with the local market (excluding wine and agri-food products not compliant with local customs). Expressions of interest from companies in other related industries will also be evaluated.

Target Audience

The project is open to 20 SMEs legally registered (with registered office and/or operational unit) in the Chambers of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, Modena, Pordenone-Udine (former province of Udine) and Salerno.

Consulting firms, business agents, intermediaries and brokers are not eligible to apply.

Why Participate

Discover the potential of Gulf Area markets through targeted B2B meetings, held online or in person, with qualified local operators selected according to your business profile.

This initiative offers the opportunity to understand local markets, identify strategic partnerships, and explore new international business opportunities.

Services Provided

Activities will take place between September and December 2025, and include:

  • Feasibility assessment of product/market potential for each participating company
  • Organisation of approximately 4 online B2B meetings with selected local counterparts
  • Possibility to attend in-person business missions (2 scheduled days in the selected countries), with full logistical details provided after admission

Mission dates may be subject to change based on the number of applications received.

Participation Costs

The project is subject to the “De Minimis” aid regime.

For companies registered with the Chambers of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, Modena, Pordenone-Udine (ex Udine) and Salerno, a participation fee of €300.00 + VAT (22%) is required.

This is a flat-rate contribution for the services listed above and cannot be split by activity.

Not included: travel, meals, accommodation, interpretation, local transfers and product/sample shipping costs.

Upon formal admission, companies will receive details of the hotel where the Promos Italia team and the Italian business delegation will be staying.

How to Apply

The programme is open to a maximum of 20 companies, subject to a preliminary feasibility assessment based on export potential in the selected markets.

To apply, companies must:

  • Send the Application Form via certified email (PEC) to promositaliascrl@legalmail.it
  • Click the Register or Login button to complete the company profile. If you already have a BMATCH account, log in with your credentials and fill in all mandatory fields for feasibility analysis.

Applications may be submitted from 10 September 2025 and must be received by 30 September 2025.

Selection will consider: order of submission, eligibility requirements, and feasibility evaluation. Priority will be given to companies that have not participated in previous similar programmes.
