Take part in the Business Matching project in Denmark, Turkey or the Gulf Area, primarily aimed at companies operating in the following sectors: Food, Wine, Machinery & Automation, Automotive & Components, Chemicals, Plastics, Biomedical & Pharmaceutical, Construction & Building Materials, Technologies & Innovation.
Expressions of interest from companies in other sectors compatible with the local market will also be considered.
Target Audience
The project is reserved for MSMEs based in Sondrio. Consulting firms, business agents, intermediaries and brokers are not eligible.
Companies must have a registered office or operational unit within the Sondrio Chamber of Commerce jurisdiction, be active and compliant with Company Register and REA, pay the annual chamber fee, possess a DURC certificate, and have a company website in English.
Why Participate
Participation allows companies to explore and understand the Danish, Turkish and Gulf Area markets, fostering international growth opportunities. Targeted B2B meetings with selected local operators, either online or in person, enable companies to establish qualified commercial contacts and evaluate strategic partnerships.
Services Provided
- Feasibility assessment of each company and formal admission to the project
- Organisation of tailored B2B meetings:
Denmark (Copenhagen, 25 November 2025): B2B workshop with at least 3 scheduled meetings
Turkey (Istanbul, 10–11 December 2025): B2B meetings at dedicated locations and company sites
Gulf Area (November–December 2025): agenda of 4 online meetings with the option to attend in person; local transfers are the responsibility of the participating company
Mission dates may change depending on the number of applications received.
Participation Costs
The project is subject to the “De Minimis” aid scheme, with a maximum service value of €3,900 per company.
Not included: travel, meals, accommodation, interpretation, and local transfers.
How to Apply
Each company may apply for one country only. To participate, companies must:
- Submit the Application Form via PEC to promositaliascrl@legalmail.it
- Click Register or Login to complete the company profile. If you already have a BMATCH account, log in and complete all mandatory fields for feasibility analysis
Applications may be submitted from 15 September 2025 until 15 October 2025.
