Since 1966, Salumificio Vida has been operating as a butcher's shop and charcuterie workshop thanks to the passion and intuition of Luigi Vida, butcher and charcutier from the age of 14. The attachment to the territory shows its best in the line completely guaranteed by Vida "I Friulani", where the 100% Friulian farm is the protagonist. The result on the table is the fruit of the care of the people who inhabit the territory and control the animals from birth, enhancing the concept of short and sustainable supply chain. The fruits of an attentive, traditional and peasant farming are seized by "Salumi Vida" as an opportunity to make authentic masterpieces of taste, the result of ancient recipes wisely handed down and cared for by its pork butchers, who, wanting to be genuine and faithful to tradition, use as few unnatural ingredients as possible. Today Salumi Vida continues in its role as "Master of taste", asserting itself as a protagonist in instilling confidence in the consumer by promoting through its products the values that count: respect for the environment, for the territory and for people.
