We are an ancient Acetaia, founded in 1892, producing traditional balsamic vinegar and Balsamico dressing of very high quality ever since. In addition to our regional Tradition, the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia DOP we produce Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP among a very important variety of special and refined products such as the Balsamico Pearls and the Sphere of Balsamic Vinegar to grate, as we are very much committed to research and innovation.

We are also a registered Farmhouse open to Tour and Events. Last year we have improved our Welcome & Incoming, renewing all dining rooms and the external area, opening our “Restaurant in the Wood”.

Now we have several spaces to welcome our guests, accompanying them in an unforgettable sensorial experience, guiding them through the Acetaia where we produce the Tradition Balsamico, offering also the tasting of our best Balsamico Vinegars and Dressing. Our guest will have also the possibility to remain for lunch or dinner. We prepare dishes typical of our tradition, enriching them with our best Balsamico… a touch of Emilia, well-known worldwide as Food and Motor Valley.
