listed , as an exclusive national agent paid on fix fees + commission basis

-pricelist calculation,
-study of competition,
-store checking,
-organisation of meetings with main buyers of central & regional headquarters,
-business plan,
-monthly reporting
-estimation of potential market and definition of turnover target,
-« sampling » ,
-selection of logistic platform(s) and transportation company,
-salesforce recruitment.
