La Dolceria Zanlari was born in 1951 when Carlo Zanlari and his wife Adriana opened the first shop in Parma, the company has been worked in sweet and chocolate sector. From 2003 they began to produce artisan chocolate. The idea is to produce using high quality raw material and natual products, try to reduce food coloring and preservative substance. There is a trade off between tradition and innovation, past and future.
