Parmigiano Reggiano

We are the only producer in Emilia of organic Parmigiano Reggiano and our cows are mostly white modenese always free on our large pasture. The quality of our cheese is in absolute the best that is possible to find on the market and our prodution is very limited, only two wheels per day
